Join Our Mission in Ways That Matter

Supporting kidney disease patients in our community goes far beyond traditional volunteering. While we have limited volunteer opportunities requiring specific skills, there are many meaningful ways to join our mission and make a direct impact on the lives of your neighbors facing kidney disease.

Limited Volunteer Opportunities

Important Note

We maintain high standards for our programs and events, which means most of our volunteer positions are filled by experienced community members who return year after year. General volunteer positions are typically limited but welcome inquiries from individuals with specific professional skills.

Please Note: All event attendees, including volunteers, must purchase tickets as these are fundraising events rather than community service opportunities.

Event Support Volunteers

Our signature events (TASTE, Big Hair Affair, Kidney Kup, Dare to Dance, Adopt-a-Box) require skilled volunteers for specific roles:

Event setup/breakdown (experienced event volunteers preferred)

Registration and guest services (customer service experience helpful)

Auction support (sales or fundraising experience beneficial)

Professional services (photography, marketing, event coordination)

Professional Skills Volunteers

We occasionally need volunteers with specific professional expertise:

Marketing and communications professionals

Event planning specialists

Healthcare professionals for screening events

Financial or legal consultants

Contact us about specific professional skills: info@kidneyfoundation.com
