Comprehensive Support When You Need It Most

Kidney disease affects every aspect of life. That's why we offer comprehensive support that addresses the full range of challenges patients and families face – from getting to treatment to keeping the lights on at home. We're here when you need us.

Transportation Assistance

We provide transportation assistance to hundreds of patients, ensuring they never miss a life-saving treatment due to transportation barriers.

Dialysis patients need treatment 3-4 times per week. Getting to those appointments can be a major challenge, especially for those who can't drive or don't have reliable transportation.

Rental Assistance

The Kidney Foundation understands the monetary struggle many kidney patients face after being diagnosed with end stage renal disease. Through this program, assistance is offered to patients to assist with rental and mortgage payments.

Adopt-A-Box Program

Our holiday food program provides access to kidney-friendly nutrition support. We provide a complete shopping list and meal ideas along with access to renal-friendly foods ensuring no one goes without for the holidays.

Family Support Services

Kidney disease doesn't just affect patients – it impacts entire families. We provide support for family members who are often overlooked in the healthcare system.

"When I was diagnosed with kidney disease, I worried about how it would affect my kids. The Kidney Foundation helped us with school supplies and even made sure the kids had presents at Christmas. They didn't just help me – they helped my whole family."
